OK, so JB seems to trust me to start another 'watering hole', so here it is. Somewhere to come and talk about nothin' in particular and everything in general. The name is up for suggestion, but the above will do for the moment. We need to get the decor happening but as long as the alcohol is flowing, we should be right.

So whadya reckon? Do we need another cigar room? A half pipe out the back for Stibroker? Or are we happy with just a bar?

To kick things off, I'd like to propose a toast to Rguess and his wife to congratulate them on their new grand daughter
