Man, it's always something. Some people just have to have their names and faces in the news all the time, like with members of Congress or Al Sharpton. Banning new members and not those already in service or in a combat zone would violate the Due Process clause and the 14th Amendment of of equal treatment under the law. Military members don't leave their constitutional rights at the door. They swear to defend the Constitution. It applies to them too.
