Registration to this site is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

General. Before posting, please ask yourself the following question: "Am I making a post which is either funny, informative, or interesting on any level?" If you can answer "yes" to this, then please post. If you cannot, then refrain from posting.

Don't be a malicious F***tard. For the benefit of those who don't understand the term, this means that across the entire site, with the exception of "Fight Club", we treat other members with standard courtesy. Any malicious flaming or purposeful antagonizing is unnacceptable.

Don't SPAM. This goes for political candidates, commercial enterprise and blatant pimping of your personal website, without adding anything of substance to this one.

Don't mess up the site or the computers of people using the site. Adding any malicious hidden links (ie, URLs that are hidden to log people off, or direct them to other sites), or active script, may result in your virtual crucifixion.

No Image Leeching!! This is the equivalent of stealing bandwidth! 

Take it easy on the Signature Lines!! Feel free to use a signature line, but keep it compact and consider its impact on other users.

Don't cross-post the same message to several message groups.

Don't post pornography, unless it's really good, and then, only post it in "The Grotto".

DO take the time to format your post, as if humans might be reading it, and show a little respect for the rest of us. For example, if you are cutting and pasting from a forwarded email, DO NOT leave the ">" or excessive line breaks in your post so that a three sentence post takes up an entire screen.

DO USE the appopriate message group. If you don't see one that fits, post to "This, That & Whatnot".

Don't take things personally and get all emotional like some sexually ambiguous Australians might do.

Do not post illegal software, etc...

We will ban anybody attempting to circumvent any rule in a way that they obviously feel is remarkably clever and witty (especially Stibroker).
